David M. Foster
Dave began his public service career in 1975 as Legislative Assistant to Republican Congressman Robert Daniel, Jr. He graduated with a law degree from the University of Virginia and has been in practice since 1981 with the Fulbright & Jaworski LLP. After becoming a partner in 1990, Dave has represented clients before federal and state courts and agencies in antitrust, consumer protection, and other matters.
A native of Arlington, Virginia, Dave was elected to the countywide Arlington School Board in 1999 then reelected in 2003. As a two-term Chairman of the School Board, he successfully stood up for common sense conservative values such as cutting debt, reducing class sizes, improving school safety, and ending racial preferences in school assignments. He also served on the Virginia Attorney General’s Internet Safety Task Force, which worked to protect children against online sexual predators and cyberbullies.
Dave has been married for 29 years to Martha Foster; together they are the proud parents of two children, who attend Virginia colleges. Dave traces his family's roots in Virginia to the mid-1600's, when his ancestors settled in the Williamsburg area. In the 18th century, they built a cabin and started a small farm in southern Albemarle County, near present-day Covesville, where Dave's mother and nine siblings were raised. Dave and Martha now own that farm and have restored the cabin to its original condition (with a concession to the modern convenience of indoor plumbing). His father's side of the family hails from Southside Virginia farming communities such as Meherrin, Victoria, Green Bay, and Windsor.

Erin DeLullo Lewis
Erin DeLullo Lewis is one of the few political fundraisers in DC who will only work for Conservative Republicans. Erin has worked or been a consultant on local and federal races in states that include California, Hawaii, and North Dakota -- just to name a few.
Besides political races, Erin focuses on major donor fundraising and events for conservative non profits organizations.
Campaigns & Elections Magazine named Erin in 2006 a “Rising Star of Politics”.
Erin is also a lifelong proven movement conservative. In the early 1990s Erin brought suit against the Jefferson County, WV Board of Education for denying her schools Bible Club request to attend the National Day of Prayer. After a two-year court battle, a US District Judge forever enjoined the School Board with interfering with the Bible Club’s activities.
A frequent speaker on fundraising and campaign politics, Erin is a regular speaker for groups such as the Leadership Institute, National Republican Congressional Committee’s Campaign Management College, and American University.
Nathan D. Pick
Nathan D. Pick graduated from Liberty University in May of 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Government. Since then he has worked for two sitting Congressmen, the Republican Party of Virginia, a Construction company, managed a couple campaigns, and is currently working at Americans for Tax Reform. In his current position as a state affairs manager, Nathan focuses on state legislative issues, working to oppose tax increases and promote limited government solutions at the state level. Nathan also serves as Executive Director of the Ronald Reagan Legacy Project, a project of Americans for Tax Reform whose mission is to honor the legacy of our 40th President, Ronald Reagan.
Nathan currently resides in Arlington, Virginia, where he is active in his church and local Republican committee. Nathan is proud to be part of Virginia’s newest and only conservative state speakers’ bureau. He can address issues about energy (how energy policy effects the family budget, etc.), taxes, current events and more!
